The geometric model expresses a spatial journey - β+β shape goes through two separated β-β shapes. Assuming that the beginning of the journey is a β+β shape, the thickness of this β+β shape gradually goes narrower as it reaches the final form. A moment of zero thickness at a perpendicular intersection occurs. Two versions of the model is produced to display the stage of the shape transformation. One is an aggregated version of cross-sectional pieces, and the other is a subdivided isocurved body. Lastly, using the previous exerciseβs geometry as a foundation, a model that is segmenting the surface into pieces was done as a discretizing strategy.
